Nobody wants an important procedure or treatment performed before appropriate testing is done. So, at Anderson Chiropractic, our first objective is to determine if and where a spinal problem exists. We do this by using the following step-by-step procedure on your first visit:

Health Questionnaire – old injuries, chronic problems, and your present symptoms are recorded for study.

Consultation – after reviewing your health history, one of our network of doctors meets with you to discuss your condition. This helps determine appropriate tests to be done. There is never a consultation charge.

Examination – chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological testing is performed. This helps narrow down on possible causes of your condition and locate specific spinal problem areas. Relax! These exams are not painful and there is no need to disrobe.

X-rays – performed in our office (if clinically necessary), add precision to and confirm exam findings by visualizing the location of spinal misalignments, weaknesses, pathologies or degenerations, plus show a history of spinal stresses and make your adjustments more specific and effective. X-rays serve as the blueprint of your spine and are used to determine the cause of your condition.

This concludes your first visit. one of our network of doctors then will study and correlate the findings from this visit, and as quickly as possible on another day, the doctor will meet with you for a complete report of his findings. At this time, the doctor will tell you if yours is a chiropractic case or not. If so, recommendations are outlined and expected cost and results are listed. One of our network of doctors also takes time to answer any questions you may have regarding the details. Following this meeting, if you and one of our network of doctors determine that the spinal correction process is the best treatment for your condition, the process will begin with your first chiropractic adjustment.
